Volunteers

Nothing makes children feel better about themselves than spending time with friends that truly care about them. Through the Morrie and Sybil Fenkell Volunteer Club, remarkable bonds are forged between the children with special needs and their new friends.

A volunteer’s commitment and willingness to give of their time reminds us that today’s men and women, both young and old, are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in every child and adult they encounter.

Teen Volunteers

Each teen volunteer is matched with a child who has special needs. Together, they form a friendship by participating together in one or many of Friendship Circle’s weekly recreational programs. Start Volunteering Today!

College Volunteers

Due to the age of college volunteers, they are presented with a unique opportunity to volunteer in any of the adult or teen volunteer programs. To make things as simple as possible, college volunteers may choose any program from the adult or teen volunteer sections and register.

Adult Volunteers

The Adult Division of The Morrie and Sybil Fenkell Volunteer Club consists of over 350 adult volunteers. These volunteers become an integral part of the Weinberg Village’s “Lessons for Life” program or in our after school programs by using their professional skills as therapists, martial arts instructors, dance & art teachers, sports coaches, etc.
